| | An enquiry was held on 11th January, 2025 by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey R. Robert, the rider of RUNNING BOLT in the above race. “In that he did not exercise sufficient control over his mount, he allowed his mount to shift out causing interference to ICE STORM (Rajesh Kumar M), which in turn passed it onto TRIPPLE V (Pavan) passing the 1100 Metres, he further shifted out and repeatedly took out ICE STORM (Rajesh Kumar M) between 1100 meters and 1000 meters, thereafter he again shifted out causing interference to FIREFINCH (A.R. Pradeep) passing the 850 Metres.” The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey R. Robert for two (2) race days of BWM 202425 i.e., 25/01/2025, & 26/01/2025 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount RUNNING BOLT (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal. |
