Explanation of Jockey`s Kabdhar (OFF SHORE BREEZE ) that his instructions were to 2nd / 3rd and do his best when shown the replay of the race for his efforts in positioning his horse in forward position he stated his horse could not keep up pace thereafter he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 5,000/ for tender handling of his mount. The Jockey was further cautioned to be more careful in future failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action. |
