Park West

It was observed that PARK WEST (S Antony Raj) veered out badly after passing the 300 Metres despite the best efforts of the Jockey to keep it on an even course and eventually finished the race on the outer sand track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, in view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of PARK WEST, trained by M Eshwer and ridden by Jockey S Antony Raj in the above race. Surprise Sample was taken from analysis from b f PARK WEST.

Aurele
	Jockey Siddaraju P, the rider of AURELE was fined Rs.3,000/ for not exercising sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing his mount to drift out after rounding the final bend.
Tendu
	It was reported after the race that TENDU (Shamaz Shareef) pulled up lame on left hind and sustained injury on right hind cannon. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sapient
	Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SAPIENT reported that his saddle shifted front after entering thestraight. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. J S Pillay was fined Rs.3,000/for faulty saddling. Routine Sample was taken from analysis from the winner b f SAPIENT.
D Lord
	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw D LORD on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from sore back. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

	As Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of CZAREVITCH was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey H Rahul to ride CZAREVITCH in place of the declared rider.
Brave Girl
	BRAVE GIRL (Akash Agarwal) did not raise a fluent gallop after jumping out and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ashwin S Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
The Angel Power
	Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of THE ANGEL POWER was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort to improve his position, round the bend and thereafter, for not making effort to extricate himself from the pocket along the Railings, after entering the Straight.
Country's Major
	COUNTRY`S MAJOR (A Ayaz Khan) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstance it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders.

	HAVELOCK CRUISE (N Tauseef Ahmed) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.
Contributor
	Jockey M Prabhakar, the rider of CONTRIBUTOR was fined Rs.1,000/for not maintaining a straight course between the 400 Metres and 200 Metres thereby allowing his mount to drift out in the straight.

	ELEVADO (MadhuSudhan S) sustained gum injury.

It was reported after the race that DALHOUSIE (Siddaraju P) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. K Aditya was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
D Golden Cup
	Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of D GOLDEN CUP reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
