 HOPING WIND (App. Kuldeep Singh) dropped back from about the 350 mtrs whilst traveling in front and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (LAKE MICHIGAN) that his mount did not show initial speed and gained ground only in the straight and also trying to go out in the final stages of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Blue Candy
 BLUE CANDY (Md. Ekram Alam) dropped back from about the 400 mtrs whilst traveling in front finishing the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised for a better performance in future.

 Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (PALASH) in the presence of Trainer Jasbir Singh that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that he is too was baffled with the running of his charge and he had no plausible explanation to offer to his charges dismal performance was noted. The Trainer was however advised to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the colt was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Jasbir Singh was fined Rs. 2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

 Jockey H M Akshay (SARGENT) was fined Rs. 2,000/ maintaining an erratic course from about the 1200 mtrs in the process shifted out at about the 1100 mtrs resulting in causing inconvenience to AMBOSELI (Mukesh Kumar) and SPLENDOUR ON GRASS ( P. Sai Kumar). SARGENT (H M Akshay) winner of the race is sampled.

 Jockey H M Akshay (SARGENT) was fined Rs. 2,000/ maintaining an erratic course from about the 1200 mtrs in the process shifted out at about the 1100 mtrs resulting in causing inconvenience to AMBOSELI (Mukesh Kumar) and SPLENDOUR ON GRASS ( P. Sai Kumar).
Rani Ruckus
 Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail (RANI RUCKUS) in the presence of Trainer K. Robin Reddy that his mount jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths and thereafter he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for shifting out in the straight under use of the whip for no apparent reason.

 Jockey Surya Prakash (UNA PALOMA BLANCA) reported that his mount ran erratic throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer M F Ali Khan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

 Jockey B Nikhil (DHANADEEPA) was severely reprimanded for tender handling of his mount in the straight.
Splendour On Grass
 Jockey H M Akshay (SARGENT) was fined Rs. 2,000/ maintaining an erratic course from about the 1200 mtrs in the process shifted out at about the 1100 mtrs resulting in causing inconvenience to AMBOSELI (Mukesh Kumar) and SPLENDOUR ON GRASS ( P. Sai Kumar). SPLENDOUR ON GRASS (P. Sai Kumar) dropped back from about the 400 mtrs and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised for abetter performance in future.

 Explanation of Jockey Md. Ekram Alam (OLIVER`S MOUNT) that his mount jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths and thereafter trying to run out was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned for traveling wide until entering the straight for no apparent reason.
Knight Crusader
 Explanation of Jockey Antony Raj S (KNIGHT CRUSADER) in the presence of trainer R H Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd and wait till somebody challenges which he tried to follow until about the 300 mtrs and thereafter when asked for an efforts, his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge is choker and in the previous races, his charge ran with lower class and weaker set of horses as compared to the present race where his charge ran with penalty and also with tougher bunch. The Trainer further opined that his charge ran to the potential was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer R H Sequiera was fined Rs. 2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

 CLARA (Akshay Kumar) was observed to have developed high fever, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

Jockey Gaurav Singh (CLARITY) was fined Rs. 2000/ for shifting in soon after the start in the process bumping on more than one occasion PETRA ACT (Mukesh Kumar) racing on his inside.  An objection lodged by Jockey Mukesh Kumar (PETRA ACT) placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey H M Akshay (VARANEEK GOLD) the winner that `he continuously tightened me from about the 400 mtrs upto winning post by whipping his mount from left though his mount was not hanging in, that cost me a certain race` was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placings remained unchanged. VARANEEK GOLD (H M Akshay) winner of the race is sampled.

 Consequent to Jockey Gaurav Singh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey G Naresh to be substituted on INDERDHANUSH.

 Explanation of Jockey Surya Prakash (DAS) that he felt something wrong with his mount soon after the start and thereafter he did not ride out his mount to complete advantage. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting short on both fore.

 ONLY MY WAY (Afroz Khan) was observed to have developed high fever as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
