 Jockey Akshay Kumar (ANTIDOTE) was cautioned for failing to maintain straight course soon after the start. ANTIDOTE (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
London Bell
 Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (LONDON BELL) in the presence of Trainer K. Satheesh that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race. The Trainer while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the poor performance of charge was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the horse was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K. Satheesh was fined Rs. 1000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for race.

 Explanation of Jockey Neeraj Rawal (EMERALD TOUCH) that his instructions were to position 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort his mount took over the running and dropped back in the final 100 mtrs inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer N. Rawal, was noted for future reference.

 Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (YUVRAJ) that his mount was fractious inside the stalls and jumped out awkwardly resulting in him getting unbalanced in the saddle and got dislodged. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt. As this incident being purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken.

 Explanation of Trainer L D Silva with regard to the improved performance of his charge REIGNING BEAUTY (App. Shivansh) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous two runs that his charge in the previous races, ran with a tougher bunch as compared to the present race. In this race, his charge was running with age group of horses where the App. was able to position his mount as instructed and 3 1/2 kgs allowance claiming Jockey in the saddle was to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added he did not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was noted. The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
Dali's Destiny
 Jockey P. Trevor (DALI`S DESTINY) reported that his mount was hanging in the straight more so under pressure, as such he was unable to ride out his on an even keel and also his mount was hesitating to pass the runners inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Barbet
 BARBET (Mukesh Kumar) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right fore, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

 Consequent to Jockey Afroz Khan having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey B. Nikhil to be substituted on MOST BEAUTIFUL.
Morning Mist
 MORNING MIST (Deepak Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to swelling, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Hoping Star
 HOPING STAR (R S Bhati) was examined before the race and was observed to have developed painful swelling over left fore cannon, as such the horse was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
