 BORN TO BE SPOILT was slow to begin. Jockey Imran Chisty reported that his mount was struggling to keep up with the pace from about the 1000 metres, was noted. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the gelding and submit his report. On examination the gelding was found to be lame on left hind. Tr. Rutherford Alford was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Ivanhoe
 IVANHOE and BLACK COFFEE jumped out awkwardly from the gates unbalancing their riders. Jockey Imran Chisty further reported that BLACK COFFEE was tending to hang out from about the 800 metres. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine both these runners and submit his reports. On examination IVANHOE was found to be trotting sound and BLACK COFFEE was found to be lame on right hind. Tr. Rutherford Alford was informed not to accept with his charge BLACK COFFEE until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Crown Witness
 CROWN WITNESS trailed the field from about the 1100 metres. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine CROWN WITNESS and submit his report. On examination the gelding was found to be lame on right fore. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer and till passed by the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.
Black Coffee

 HIGH OPINION (R Manish) drifted in when placed under pressure under the use of the whip in the concluding stages of the race causing CLEVER HANS to be checked by its rider.

Madras Cheque
 MADRAS CHEQUE was fractious to go to the start, in the process the bridle used on it came off and the same was refitted. The mare was once again fractious while being loaded in its stall and the bridle came off again. As there was insufficient time to refit the equipment the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starters in a barrier trial.
Dance Along
 b m DANCE ALONG, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer at the request of Tr. Rajesh Narredu on 26th March, 2025 and found to be suffering from high fever. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 FONDNESS OF YOU finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the mare and submit his report. Post race endoscopy revealed that the mare suffered from EIPH Gr III. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

6 (166) THE CREPES SUZETTE HANDICAP

 Jockey R Vaibhav (JAMAICA) reported that his mount was changing legs when placed under pressure during the final stages of the race. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the mare and submit his report. On examination the mare was found to be trotting sound.

 On the morning of 28th March, 2025 INDIAN TIGER was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on right fore. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Kind Of Magic
 dk b m KIND OF MAGIC, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer at the request of Tr. Aashay Doctor on 26th March, 2025 and found to have a cut injury on its right shoulder. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
