 An objection was lodged by Jockey Vinay Jaiswal, the rider of BUNDLE OF CHARM placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey P Trevor, the rider of SABAR placed 3rd on the grounds of “rider of SABAR came in sharply at 150 metres for which I had to check my horse which cost me my third place”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Vinay Jaiswal and P Trevor, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards, decided to overrule the objection and let the Judge’s placings to remain unaltered. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted.
Bundle Of Charm
 For running his charge BUNDLE OF CHARM in shoes other than those declared, Tr. Sabeel Shariff was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/. Amalfitana
 AMALFITANA jumped out reluctantly losing approximately 5 – 6 lengths at the start, thereafter trailed the field and finished the race detached. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
Oishika
 OISHIKA was difficult to load.
Hermes
 The Veterinary Officer reported that HERMES returned lame on its left hind. Tr. Rutherford Alford was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 THE AAYUSH HANDICAP – For Horses Rated 2146, Rated 126 eligible – To be ridden by Jockeys of Indian Nationality (About) 1400 Metres (3.30/3.34) : 7 runners MADRAS CHEQUE was difficult to load. BANDUK WALI (Imran Chisty, drawn 3) bumped into MADRAS CHEQUE (P Trevor, drawn 4) soon after the start.

Dubai Star
 Jockey Nikhil Naidu (DUBAI STAR) reported that his right rein snapped passing the 1000 metres and his mount veered out alarmingly. He eased up his mount and brought it to a halt with great difficulty and as such it did not finish the course. Subsequent examination revealed that the equipment was in serviceable condition, as such no action, beyond noting the incident, was taken.

 AEROPOLI once again drifted out in the concluding stages of the race when placed under pressure causing AABUSHAN to be checked by its rider. While Jockey Vivek G was advised to exercise greater control over his mounts in future, Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised to take appropriate remedial measures. a) AABUSHAN returned lame on its right hind. Further, the colt was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be suffering from right testicular retraction into the groin. Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Australia
 AUSTRALIA returned lame on its left fore. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Snowpiercer
 SNOWPIERCER and AEROPOLI were slow to begin. Jockey Md. Sameer (SNOWPIERCER) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).
Aeropoli
 SNOWPIERCER and AEROPOLI were slow to begin. AEROPOLI once again drifted out in the concluding stages of the race when placed under pressure causing AABUSHAN to be checked by its rider. While Jockey Vivek G was advised to exercise greater control over his mounts in future, Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.

 Jockey R Ajinkya (THOUSAND WORDS) reported that he lost his reins during the last 100 metres of the race and also stated that the gelding was not trotting back sound after the race. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine THOUSAND WORDS and submit his report. On examination the gelding was found to be lame on its left fore. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Supreme Grandeur
 SUPREME GRANDEUR jumped awkwardly from the gates.
Liban
 Jockey R Vaibhav (KING’S RETREAT) reported loss of whip passing the 50 metres of the race. The Veterinary Officer reported that LIBAN returned lame on its left hind. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Stormy Ocean
 GLOBAL INFLUENCE and STORMY OCEAN were slow to begin. Jockey Imran Chisty (STORMY OCEAN) reported that his mount which was slow to begin, was struggling to keep up with the field, was noted.

On the morning of 4th April, 2025, BORN TO BE SPOILT and CITY OF JOY were examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on their respective left hinds. Trs. Rutherford Alford and Sabeel Shariff were advised not to accept with their respective charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 DANCING QUEEN (Suraj Narredu) shifted in at the top of the straight causing interference to TIGER BLOOD (Vinay Jaiswal). Jockey Suraj Narredu was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for his lapse.
City Of Joy
 On the morning of 4th April, 2025, BORN TO BE SPOILT and CITY OF JOY were examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on their respective left hinds. Trs. Rutherford Alford and Sabeel Shariff were advised not to accept with their respective charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
