 Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of DHURANDAR was reprimanded for shifting out and taking out the horses on his outside viz., MIRACLE HONEY (R Manish) and VANDAN (S G Prasad), passing the 300 Metres. Jockey R Manish, the rider of MIRACLE HONEY reported that his mount was trying to run out in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao S was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Dhurandar
 Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of DHURANDAR was reprimanded for shifting out and taking out the horses on his outside viz., MIRACLE HONEY (R Manish) and VANDAN (S G Prasad), passing the 300 Metres. Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of DHURANDAR reported that his mount was hanging out in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Vandan
 Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of DHURANDAR was reprimanded for shifting out and taking out the horses on his outside viz., MIRACLE HONEY (R Manish) and VANDAN (S G Prasad), passing the 300 Metres.
Against All Odds
 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw AGAINST ALL ODDS (Faiz) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have an inflammation on right fore fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with again.

2 (30) THE TAKSHASHILA PLATE (DIV-II)

 It was observed that D LORD (Shamaz Shareef) accidentally clipped the heels of the front runner EYE THE MIND (M S Deora) and stumbled, soon after the start. D LORD (Shamaz Shareef) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi and Jockey Shamaz Shareef as to the running and riding of D LORD, in the above Race. The Trainer Stated as follows; a) He had instructed his rider to keep his charge, D Lord in the mid bunch, wherever he is comfortable and to ride it out in the Straight; b) But the rider had ridden contrary to his riding instructions and kept it in 3rd last position and starting to ride out his mount only after entering the Straight; c) His charge finished second but could not have beaten the winner, viz., THE GOLDEN SUNRISE (P Sai Kumar). Jockey Shamaz Shareef, when questioned, corroborated with the statements of the Trainer and added that his mount did not show any initial speed. While noting their explanations, the Stipendiary Stewards informed Jockey Shamaz Shareef that he should have been more enterprising on his mount, from the word go. Not being satisfied with explanations tendered by Jockey Shamaz Shareef the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows;

 TIGERKING (R Shiva Kumar) did not raise a fluent gallop soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and thereafter, ran detached from the field, till about passing the 400 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of TIGERKING was fined Rs.3,000/ for riding an indifferent race. TIGERKING (R Shiva Kumar) – After jump out did not raise a fluent gallop.
Run Happy Run
 RUN HAPPY RUN (S Imran) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P Ruban was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. Just Blues
 Jockey Shyam Kumar (CHE), the rider of JUST BLUES was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).
Eye The Mind

 ABSOLUTE KESARI (Shamaz Shareef) was extremely fractious on the way to the starting gates whereby it dropped its rider and bolted. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.

 It was observed that soon after the Start, MAGICAL BAY (Aleemuddin, Drawn 5) jumped awkwardly inwards and FALCON FURY (Varun, Drawn 6) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby colliding with each other and thereafter, MAGICAL BAY (Aleemuddin), despite the best efforts of Jockey Aleemuddin to keep it on an even course, shifted in sharply and caused severe interference to SELMA (Anil Baandal) on its inside, which in turn, went onto SUMWAY LAGOOD (Bharat Mal) on its inside, along the Rails and badly bumped it, as such, the rider of the latter horse got totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount, SUNWAY LAGOON, within 100 Metres from the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Suraj Prasad Shaw was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. An objection was lodged by Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M, in respect of his charge FALCON FURY, ridden by Jockey Varun, placed Fourth by the Judge against Jockey Aleemuddin, the rider of MAGICAL BAY placed First for, “As soon as the horses jumped out of the gates, the rider of MAGICAL BAY came in sharply and bumped into my charge FALCON FURY and unbalanced my rider Varun completely and this severe interference made my horse to lose all chances. In the race further the same horse MAGICAL BAY veered in sharply and caused severe interference to other horses in the race resulting in a bad fall and severe accident. If I would have been given a fair chance then my horse would have definitely been in the first three”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M and Jockey Aleemuddin. After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to Overrule the objection. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Aleemuddin to the Stewards, vide Charge Sheet No. 360, dated 18th June, 2025, for breach of Rule No.161(i) of the Mysore Race Club Limited Rules of Racing [Careless Riding], on his mount MAGICAL BAY, in the above Race, in that, as a rider of MAGICAL BAY, “you shifted in sharply and caused interference to SELMA (Anil Baandal) on your inside, which in turn, went onto SUNWAY LAGOOD (Bharat Mal) on its inside, along the Rails and badly bumped him, as such, the rider of the latter horse got totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount, SUNWAY LAGOON, in the above Race”; The Stewards examined the rider of the horse, Jockey Aleemuddin immediately after the last Race; After repeatedly viewing the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations the Stewards decided as follows;
Falcon Fury
 It was observed that soon after the Start, MAGICAL BAY (Aleemuddin, Drawn 5) jumped awkwardly inwards and FALCON FURY (Varun, Drawn 6) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby colliding with each other and thereafter, MAGICAL BAY (Aleemuddin), despite the best efforts of Jockey Aleemuddin to keep it on an even course, shifted in sharply and caused severe interference to SELMA (Anil Baandal) on its inside, which in turn, went onto SUMWAY LAGOOD (Bharat Mal) on its inside, along the Rails and badly bumped it, as such, the rider of the latter horse got totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount, SUNWAY LAGOON, within 100 Metres from the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Suraj Prasad Shaw was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.  It was observed that soon after the Start, MAGICAL BAY (Aleemuddin, Drawn 5) jumped awkwardly inwards and FALCON FURY (Varun, Drawn 6) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby colliding with each other and thereafter, MAGICAL BAY (Aleemuddin), despite the best efforts of Jockey Aleemuddin to keep it on an even course, shifted in sharply and caused severe interference to SELMA (Anil Baandal) on its inside, which in turn, went onto SUMWAY LAGOOD (Bharat Mal) on its inside, along the Rails and badly bumped it, as such, the rider of the latter horse got totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount, SUNWAY LAGOON, within 100 Metres from the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Suraj Prasad Shaw was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.  SEIKO KATSU [Shyam Kumar (CHE)] was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. K S Mandanna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.  It was reported after the race that OASIS (Faiz) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Rise And Reign
 An objection was lodged by Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of RISE AND REIGN, placed Second by the Judge against Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of SEA THE SUN placed First by the Judge for, “The winner has jumped out from drawn 4 (technically 3) and has shifted out and taken me out and not allowing me to get into position. Further coming into the straight the Jockey has shifted out from the rails taking my ground and not making any effort to correct his horse and bumped me twice in the last 200 Metres which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placings as under: RISE AND REIGN I Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of SEA THE SUN was fined a total sum of Rs.5,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to RISE AND REIGN (Yash Narredu) on his outside soon after the start and thereafter, again after entering the Straight, for shifting out under the use of whip and taking out RISE AND REIGN between the 300 Metres and 100 Metres of the Race.
Sea The Sun
 An objection was lodged by Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of RISE AND REIGN, placed Second by the Judge against Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of SEA THE SUN placed First by the Judge for, “The winner has jumped out from drawn 4 (technically 3) and has shifted out and taken me out and not allowing me to get into position. Prince Corporate
 It was observed that PRINCE CORPORATE (Md Imran Ashraf) accidentally brushed the running rails approaching the 1000 Metres. PRINCE CORPORATE V
Key To The Mint
 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Saddam Iqbal (being deputized by Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath) to withdraw KEY TO THE MINT (S Imran) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained head injury and was bleeding from right nostril and had an injury above the right eye. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

8 (36) THE LOYAL PRINCE PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)

Maple Leaf
 Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik was fined Rs.2,000/ for using Tongue Strap on his charge MAPLE LEAF (Ankit Pal), for which prior permission was not obtained from the authorities. Subsequently Tongue Strap was removed from the horse before it left the Paddock. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of MAPLE LEAF, trained by Mr. Vinesh V Naik and ridden by Jockey Ankit Pal in the above race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from dk b h MAPLE LEAF.
Flying Falcon
 FLYING FALCON (Salman Khan) sustained multiple cuts inside right hind cannon and bruise under fetlock.
