On immediate examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer, it was found to have sustained injury on both hocks and both hind cannons. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
