 Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (ZUZA) that his saddle moved back in the straight as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage from about the 400 mtrs. As this confirmed our observation, Trainer L V R Deshmukh was fined Rs. 5000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in saddling of his charge whose saddle moved back and further warned to ensure that such lapses do not occur in future.

 Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (SHOOLIN) that his mount was slow into stride in the process losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter tried to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly returned bleeding cut injury over right side upper gum. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
Her Ladyship
 Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (HER LADYSHIP) was fined Rs. 5000/ for excessive and improper use of the whip (1st offense). Explanation of Trainer D. Netto with regard to the improved performance of his charge HER LADYSHIP (Kuldeep Singh (Sr)) the winner, who finished off board in the previous race that his instructions were to go to front which Jockey could not able to do so as compare to the present race where Jockey was able to go to front and also his charge liked the going and set his own pace and won the race. The Trainer added that he too was surprised with the way of the running of his charge and further Trainer stated that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned for the improved performance of his charge within a short span of time and to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future. HER LADYSHIP ( Kuldeep Singh ( Sr) winner of the race is sampled.

However. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and had no plausible explanation to offer to his charges poor performance and opined that his charge may not have liked the going was noted for future reference. However, the Trainer was informed that any reversal of form of his charge, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action has deemed fit. Jockey P. Sai Kumar was cautioned for dropping hands in the final 100 mtrs though on a beaten horse.

 SHADOW FAX (App. Sonu Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

 Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (MIX THE MAGIC) that his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the mare was trotting lame on left fore due to painful medial splint after the race.

 Explanation of Jockey Varun (N R I DHEERA) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his mount held the bit one side and was trying to run out throughout the race in the process shifted out while negotiating the final bend veered out further on to the outer track under pressure in the straight and finished the course as such inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to show his charge in a Mock race before next accepting in a race.
