 Explanation of Trainer S. Sreekanth with regard to the improved performance of his charge DALI`S CHAMPION (Kuldeep Singh (Sr), winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous run that his charge in the previous run, ran in 4 year old and upwards race and also met a superior bunch of horses, as compared to the present race which being age group race, weaker bunch of horses , Jockey could able to position his mount well up and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had fancied his charge was not accepted and the Trainer was fined Rs. 10,000/ for reversal of form of his charge as compared to the previous run. DALI`S CHAMPION (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) winner of the race is sampled.

 Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (DECCAN RANGER) that he was denied a clear run in the straight from about 600 to 400 mtrs due to horses racing in front and alongside, as such he was forced to stop his riding and pull his mount out to make his challenge. As this confirmed our observation, the Jockey’s explanation was noted.

 Jockey P. Sai Kumar (DIABLO) was cautioned for drifting out in the final 200 mtrs for no apparent reason. DIABLO (P. Sai kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
Calista Girl
 Explanation of Jockey Gaurav Singh (CALISTA GIRL) in the presence of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh that his instructions were to sit close with the front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight, and thereafter when asked for effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop and also at about the 200 mtrs he lost his whip accidentally. The Trainer while confirming the above added that due to fast initial pace and also outside draw, the Jockey could not position his charge well up with the field in the initial stages of the race. The Trainer further added that he too was baffled with the dismal performance of his charge, was noted for future reference. The Trainer was informed that any reversal of form of his charge in future, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action. The Jockey Gaurav Singh was however, fined Rs. 2000/ for losing the whip at the crucial juncture of the race.
Calistoga
 CALISTOGA (Afroz Khan) was reluctant to be stalled inspite of several attempts, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.

 Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (MOUNTAIN TOUCH) that his mount jumped out slowly as such he could not position his mount as instructed and thereafter when asked for an effort his mount gradually improved inspite of his best efforts. Trainer N. Rawal while confirming the above added that his charge has come back from a set back and opined that his charge ran to her potential was noted for future reference.

 SHOOTING STAR (P. Ajeeth Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
Peanut
 Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (PEANUT) in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race and when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight, was confirmed by the Trainer. The Trainer was however, informed that any reversal of form of his charge in future, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (CORTE MADERA) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight in the process shifted in at about the 350 mtrs, causing inconvenience to DAPPER LOOK (Gaurav Singh) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.2000/ for shifting in and causing interference to DAPPER LOOK (Gaurav Singh) racing on the rails at about the 350 mtrs.

 BLACK DUST (P. Sai Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.
Newfound Glory
 Jockey Gaurav Singh (DAPPER LOOK) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 700 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to NEWFOUND GLORY (App. Ajay Kumar). NEWFOUND GLORY (App. Ajay Kumar) dropped back from about the 400 mtrs whilst traveling in front and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised for a better performance in future.

Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

 Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (TORCHBEAREER) and App. Ajay Kumar (STAR FOREVER) were fined Rs. 2,000/ each for shifting out & in respectively at about the 1000 mtrs in the process causing interference to KINGSTON (Abhay Singh) and DECOY (Mukesh Kumar). Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (DECOY) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his instructions were to sit well up, which he tried to follow. However, at about the 1000 mtrs, his running got hampered and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The trainer while confirming the above added that his charge always performed well in 7 furlongs as compared to 6 furlong races and this race being for about 6 furlongs, his charge after its running got hampered at about the 1000 mtrs did not show any interest in the race and stated that he prefers to run his charge in future, in 7 furlong races only was noted for future reference.
Espionage
 Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (ESPIONAGE) was fined Rs. 3,000/ for shifting in soon after the start, in the process causing inconvenience to TORCHBEAREER ( A. Ashhad Asbar). Explanation of Trainer D. Netto with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge ESPIONAGE ( Kuldeep Singh (Sr), the winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous race that his instructions were always to go to front and in the previous race, his charge met a far superior set in a Terms race badly handicapped and was in fighting till last 100 mtrs and thereafter gave up as compare to the present race, where his charge ran with a weaker company in a handicap race, could go to the front easily, set his own pace and just manage to win, was noted. Trainer D. Netto was however, advised to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
Kingston
 Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (TORCHBEAREER) and App. Ajay Kumar (STAR FOREVER) were fined Rs. 2,000/ each for shifting out & in respectively at about the 1000 mtrs in the process causing interference to KINGSTON (Abhay Singh) and DECOY (Mukesh Kumar).
Star Forever
 Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (TORCHBEAREER) and App. Ajay Kumar (STAR FOREVER) were fined Rs. 2,000/ each for shifting out & in respectively at about the 1000 mtrs in the process causing interference to KINGSTON (Abhay Singh) and DECOY (Mukesh Kumar).
