Vatsalya that his instructions were to sit close 4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added he too was baffled with the running of his charge and had no plausible explanation to offer to his charge dismal performance was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the mare returned bleeding after the race.

 Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BEAST MASTER) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field. Veterinary examination of BEAST MASTER (P. Sai Kumar) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molors on both sides. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined Rs.2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Ashhad Asbar) , as such he was forced to shift out to make his move was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5,000/ for failing to exercise greater control whilst shifting out at about the 300 mtrs wherein he shifted out 8 to 10 horses wide for no apparent reason.

 KINGS BEST (Md. Ismail) jumped out slowly losing about 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked. Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail (KINGS BEST) that his instructions were to go to front, but as his mount was slowly off losing about 5 or 6 lengths, he could not go to front in the initial stages and thereafter his mount was keen and in trying to control, travelled wide while negotiating the final bend inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5000/ for failing to exercise greater control over his mount wherein he travelled wide until entering into straight, resulting in the horse got tired and dropped back in the final 400 mtrs, noted.

Veterinary examination of BALAHAKA (Santosh Raj) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer N.  Explanation of Trainer L D Silva with regard to the improved performance of his charge RUNLIKETHEWIND (App. Sonu Kumar) winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous run that in the previous two races his charge ran with tougher bunch with 3 year old and upwards as compared to the present race which being age group race for horses 5 years olds and upwards, weaker set of horses and 5 kgs allowance claiming Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage, hit the front easily and set his own pace and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge based on the previous run and was available at longer odds was noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future. RUNLIKETHEWIND (App. Sonu Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

 Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (SANGREAL) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
