The Stewards having heard the submissions made by Jockey T. S. Jodha and Trainer Nazzak B. Chenoy and having watched the replay of the race on the CCTV, having heard the Starter, in conjunction with the Stipendiary Stewards and acting on their own observations of the race decided to overrule the objection and the placings remain unchanged. However, all bets placed on EMPOWER have been declared null and void and have been ordered to be refunded. |
