Due to which my charge lost its position and that cost me and my jockey a certain race. Second objection was lodged by App. Vishal Shivhare (THE MENTALIST) placed 4th by the judge against App. Yash Saini (EUPHORIA) placed 1st by the judge for “coming in sharply from the wider draw before the red marker and not maintaining a straight course. Due to which my mount got disbalanced losing its position and that cost me a certain race. After the race, App. Yash Saini (EUPHORIA) was reported to the Stewards for Careless Riding. The Stewards watched the race and after questioning App. Yash Saini and considering submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards, held App. Yash Saini guilty of Careless Riding wherein he shifted IN cutting across the field before the red marker to lead the race and inconvenienced horses travelling inside. After deliberation the Stewards decided to fine App. Yash Saini a sum of Rs. 15000/ for careless riding. |
