Rutherford Alford had earlier been warned and fined for late arrival of his charges, he has now been given a final warning to school his charges better and ensure they reach the starting gates on time to avoid stricter disciplinary action.
Deliverance
 The Veterinary Officer reported that DELIVERANCE returned lame on right fore. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 MOUNTAIN GOLD, SOUL AQUARIAN and STAR PRIDE were slow to begin.
Soul Aquarian
 MOUNTAIN GOLD, SOUL AQUARIAN and STAR PRIDE were slow to begin.
