	Jockey A. Ayaz Khan, the rider of BROCSTON was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards in the presence of Trainer Mr. C. D. Monnappa for riding in an inept manner. The Trainer, Mr. C D Monnappa stated that his rider, i.e., Jockey A Ayaz Khan had ridden his charge, BROCSTON, in a very feeble manner in the Straight. After repeatedly viewing all the angles of the CCTV footage of the race in question and hearing the explanations tendered by Jockey A. Ayaz Khan, the Stipendiary Stewards strongly felt that Jockey A. Ayaz Khan needs to improve his riding skills. Thereafter, the Stipendiary Stewards decided to inform Jockey A. Ayaz Khan not to accept any rides in Races with immediate effect till the end of the Mysore Summer Races 2026. The Stipendiary Stewards further directed him to rectify all deficiencies in his riding skills during this period and make every effort to improve the same and thereafter, he shall be required to participate and successfully ride in Two Mock Races to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before being considered for the grant of permission to accept rides in future. The Stipendiary Stewards noted the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. C. D. Monnappa for future reference.

In view of its unruly behaviour, Trainer Mr. Himanshu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. WOMAN AT WAR (S S Khadri) – Was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters Order, as the mare was extremely fractious near the gate and refused to get stalled. The Starting Gate Certificate is revoked.

	Jockey Lave Kumar, the rider of DALI`S GOLD reported that his saddle shifted back in the final 100 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Somashekar K was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge. It was reported after the race that DALI`S GOLD (Lave Kumar) returned lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Somashekar K was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sinatra
	Trainer Mr. Suresh.B was questioned regarding the relatively improved performance of his charge SINATRA (Faiz), the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 35 i.e., The Kapila Plate, Div – II (about) 1200 Metres, horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over run on 24th June, 2026 wherein it ran unplaced. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Suresh B, he was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/ for the unsatisfactory explanations tendered by him. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SINATRA.

	Jockey C.A. Brisson, the rider of BLAZING STAR was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing O MANCHALI (Koshi Kumar) on his outside soon after the start.

	It was observed that CALCULUS (Sah Farid Ansari) drifted out under pressure in the final 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Ramanathan R was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Martino
	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Gnanashekar A to withdraw MARTINO (R.Vaibhav) on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from pain on left fore cannon bone. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificatefrom the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
