Deshkumkh was fined a sum of Rs. 5000/ for negligence in discharging his duties with regard to saddling of his charge, where the saddle of the horse moved back during the running of the race. |

| | Explanation of Trainer K. Satheesh with regard to the improved performance of his charge LOVE ALL (R S Jodha) winner of this race, who finished close 6th in the previous race. He stated that his charge in the previous race did not take a level jump and was also denied a clear run and was gaining ground in the straight as compared to the present race, where Jockey took level jump and positioned as instructed and extra 200 mtrs to run in the present race has been to his charges advantage and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied but given a chance was noted. LOVE ALL (R S Jodha) winner of the race is sampled. |
