 Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (ICONIC STAR) that his horse was hanging in, in the straight and when he tried to make his move from inside, VEDANTA (App. Kuldeep Singh) who was traveling from outside, shifted on to him who in turn shifted in at about the 200 mtrs causing inconvenience to NILOUFER THE GREAT (Arjun) racing on the rails inspite of his best efforts, noted. The Stewards of Hyderabad Race Club resolved to suspend Apprentice Jockey Kuldeep Singh (VEDANTA) from riding in races w.e.f. 15th September to 21st September 2026 both days inclusive for careless riding, in that “he shifted in at about the 250 mtrs when he was not sufficiently clear of the field in the process causing interference to ICONIC STAR (Rafique Sk) and NILOUFER THE GREAT (Arjun) racing on the rails, under Rule 161(i) of the HRC Rules of Racing.

 Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr), (FORTUNE ART) that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts, noted.

 APRAMEYA (Neeraj Rawal) was observed to be walking lame on right fore due to foot infection, as such the colt was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

 Jockey A A Vikrant (AQUATONE) was severely reprimanded in the presence of Trainer A. Imran Khan for travelling wide and also handling his mount tenderly for greater part of the race for no apparent reason. Veterinary examination of AQUATONE (A A Vikrant) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound, but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer A Imran Khan was fined Rs. 2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race. Race No. 7: AQUATONE slow out by 2 lengths.
