He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

	Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a Valid Glanders Certificate pertaining to his charge WANGANUI (S.Antony Raj) after having declared it to run in the above Race. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

	Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of VALIANT STREAM was fined Rs.3,000/ for not maintaining a straight course thereby inconveniencing NEVER GIVE IN (S. Antony Raj) on his outside in the final 150 Metres. An objection was lodged by Jockey S. Antony Raj, the rider of NEVER GIVE IN placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of VALIANT STREAM placed 1st by the Judge, in the above Race for, `In the last 150 Metres, the winner shifted out and took my ground & made no effort to correct his mount which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and after due deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
Constant Variable
	Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of CONSTANT VARIABLE was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing THE FLYING FEET (Rafique S K) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. It was observed that Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of CONSTANT VARIABLE had to ride his mount in check between the 1000 Metres to 800 Metres.
Absolutechallenger
	ABSOLUTECHALLENGER (Prabhu Kumar M) sustained bruise on right chest wall behind the girth.
The Flying Feet
	Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of CONSTANT VARIABLE was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing THE FLYING FEET (Rafique S K) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. Jockey Rafique S.K, the rider of THE FLYING FEET was reprimanded for travelling wide between 700 Metres to 500 Metres for no apparent reason.
Valiant Stream
	Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of VALIANT STREAM was fined Rs.3,000/ for not maintaining a straight course thereby inconveniencing NEVER GIVE IN (S. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
