Ajeeth Kumar (WARWICK) from riding in races w.e.f. 23rd September to 17th October 2026 both days inclusive and also fined him an amount of Rs.10,000/ for “Unsatisfactory riding” in that “he lost his position in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason and in the straight he failed to persevere with his mount until about 300 mtrs, thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage in the final stages of the race, under Rule 161(ii) of the HRC Rules of Racing. |

| | Explanation of Trainer A Imran Khan with regard to the improved performance of his charge ZORINELLA ( A A Vikrant) winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous race that his instructions in the previous race to the Jockey was to go to front but as his charge was denied a clear run soon after the start , the Jockey could not follow the instructions in the initial stages of the race and also his charge ran erratic and Jockey could not hold his charge and veered out at about the 1400 mtrs and went to front, as a result, his charge got tired and dropped back in the straight as compared to the present race which being 1400 mtrs, Jockey could able to go to front and set his own pace and also 200 mtrs less to travel was to his charges advantage and went on to win the race was noted. The Trainer further added that his charge has improved after the 1st run and he has not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future. ZORINELLA ( A A Vikrant) winner of the race is sampled. |
