D’ Silva that his saddle slipped back from about the 700 mtrs as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage thereafter. As this confirmed our observation, the Apps explanation was noted. Trainer L.D` Silva was fined Rs. 3000/ for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge, whose saddle slipped during the running of the race.

	App. Gaurav Singh (CITY OF BLOSSOM) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
Rising Queen
	RISING QUEEN (App. Abhay Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.

	Explanation of App. Surya Prakash (MORINGA) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his instructions were to go to front or sit close and take over the running from about the 1000 mtrs but due to fast initial pace he could not go to front as instructed was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs.5000/ for failing to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions. Jockey C S Jodha (ASHWA RAUDEE) was fined Rs.3000/ for shifting in at about the 700 mtrs in the process causing interference to MORINGA (App. Surya Prakash).

	EPSOM (Kuldeep N B) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer L.D` Silva was advised for a better performance in future.
Air Salute
	Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (AIR SALUTE) in the presence of Trainer L.D’ Silva that his mount was fractious inside the gates, ducked in and tried to brush out from the front gates and as the start was effected the saddle of his moved back as such he could ride out his mount to complete advantage throughout the race. As this confirmed our observation and the incident being purely accidental no action beyond noting the same was taken.

	Jockey Ajit Singh (SEA WOLF) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
Winning Player
	App. Gaurav Singh (WINNING PLAYER) was fined Rs. 1000/ for shifting out under use of the whip and bumping ICE BERRY (C P Bopanna) in the final stages of the race.

	Jockey P. Sai Kumar (QUEEN BLOSSOM) and App. Abhay Singh (THEO`S CHOICE) reported loss of whip at about the 300 and 400 mtrs respectively. Both the Jockey and App. were severely cautioned to ensure that similar lapses do not occur in future.
