| last all the way, finsihed close upa dress rehearsel for the 100 guineas.Incidents: Jockey C.Rajendra the rider of KIARA was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement). Trainer Mr. Suleman A Attaollahi (deputizing for Trainer Mr. P.Shroff) and Jockey C.Rajendra were questioned with regard to the riding of KIARA in the above race. Trainer informed that his instructions were to ride it in check and not to go to the front and ride out and do your best in the straight. He further said that the rider had carried out his instructions and that he was satisfied with his riding. The rider corroborated the above instructions and said that he had carried out the Trainer`s instructions. Their explanations were noted. |
