Since it did not make any difference in the weight at the time of Weighingin, no action has been initiated in the matter. VICTORIA HARBOUR (Colm O’Donoghue) lugged out in the straight. Since the filly was observed to be in distress while being brought into the Parade Ring, no further has been initiated in the matter as the filly may have lugged while being in distress. The Sr.V.O. reported that after the race, VICTORIA HARBOUR was observed to be in distress at the paddock. The filly was brought to the Sampling Yard and washed thoroughly. The filly recovered and was sampled. |
