 At the start, INTENSE BELIEF (App. P. S. Kaviraj, dr.4) jumped outwards and brushed the haunches of NUSRAT (S. A. Amit, dr.5). Passing the 250 metres, SPIRITUAL ROCK (Akshay Gaikwad) shifted in under the use of whip thereby tightening INTENSE BELIEF (P. S. Kaviraj) who inturn shifted in onto NUSRAT (S. A. After the race, Jockey Akshay Gaikwad was questioned with regard to his riding on his mount SPIRITUAL ROCK in presence of Trainer Sangramsinh N. Joshi. After hearing both, and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey Akshay Gaikwad his Jockey’s Licence has been suspended for two race days i.e. from 10th April 2022 to 17th April 2022 for incompetent riding (permitted to ride work/mock race). After the race, INTENSE BELIEF and SPIRITUAL ROCK were trotted and found to be sound.

Flaming Fire
 After the race, Jockey N. S. Parmar rider of FLAMING FIRE reported that approaching the 400 metres in the process of changing the whip his reins had slipped momentarily. As such, Jockey N S Parmar has been cautioned. He also reported that his mount lugged out in the straight despite his efforts. Trainer M Narredu has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. Passing the 150 metres, MULTISTARRER (C. S. Jodha) shifted in went across FLAMING FIRE (N. S. Parmar) who had to be checked. Jockey C. S. Jodha has been cautioned. After the race, EVANGELINE and FLAMING FIRE were trotted and found to be sound.
Multistarrer

In view of above and a similar behavior of the gelding in his last start, Trainer Hosidar Daji has been asked to show his charge in 2 mock races to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, before next accepting to race. After the race, Jockey N. S. Parmar reported that his mount IAMSTORM luggedin in the straight despite his efforts. Trainer M. K. Jadhav has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, IAMSTORM found to be sore by the right hind leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Lord Byron
 At the start ALPHA GENE (R. Shelar, dr.4) jumped outwards and made contact with LORD BYRON (App. Kirtish Bhagat) who inturn shifted onto WILLY WONKAA (Akshay, dr.6). After the race, LORD BYRON was trotted and found to be sound.
Fairmont
 Soon after the start, ABISHOLA (A. Prakash) was keen and overreached the hinds of FAIRMONT (S. Zervan). Passing the 900 metres, WILLY WONKAA (Akshay) shifted in under urging onto SCOTLAND (App. A. S. Peter) who was tightened. Further, passing 800 metres WILLY WONKAA shifted out due to which FAIRMONT (S. Zervan) racing on its haunches had to be steadied thereafter approaching the 600 metres WILLY WONKAA shifted in under urging onto SCOTLAND and AIR POWER (S. Mosin) causing both the horses to check and drop back. After questioning, Jockey Akshay and not being satisfied with his explanation his Jockey’s Licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on Sunday, 3th April 2022 for careless riding on his mount WILLY WONKAA (permitted to ride work/mock race). After the race, Jockey S Zervan reported that his mount FAIRMONT lugged out in the straight despite his efforts. Trainer Nosher Cama has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Ghaleb
 GHALEB (Shahrukh Khan) was observed to have run detached from the field. Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future
Willy Wonkaa
 At the start ALPHA GENE (R. Shelar, dr.4) jumped outwards and made contact with LORD BYRON (App. Kirtish Bhagat) who inturn shifted onto WILLY WONKAA (Akshay, dr.6). Passing the 900 metres, WILLY WONKAA (Akshay) shifted in under urging onto SCOTLAND (App. A. S. Peter) who was tightened. Further, passing 800 metres WILLY WONKAA shifted out due to which FAIRMONT (S. Zervan) racing on its haunches had to be steadied thereafter approaching the 600 metres WILLY WONKAA shifted in under urging onto SCOTLAND and AIR POWER (S. Mosin) causing both the horses to check and drop back. After questioning, Jockey Akshay and not being satisfied with his explanation his Jockey’s Licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on Sunday, 3th April 2022 for careless riding on his mount WILLY WONKAA (permitted to ride work/mock race).

Kuldeep, dr.8) drawn in between was tightened and inconvenienced. Passing the 900 metres, WILLY WONKAA (Akshay) shifted in under urging onto SCOTLAND (App. A. S. Peter) who was tightened. Further, passing 800 metres WILLY WONKAA shifted out due to which FAIRMONT (S. Zervan) racing on its haunches had to be steadied thereafter approaching the 600 metres WILLY WONKAA shifted in under urging onto SCOTLAND and AIR POWER (S. Mosin) causing both the horses to check and drop back. After questioning, Jockey Akshay and not being satisfied with his explanation his Jockey’s Licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on Sunday, 3th April 2022 for careless riding on his mount WILLY WONKAA (permitted to ride work/mock race). After the race, Jockey S. Mosin rider of AIR POWER reported the loss of whip near 400 metres. This being his first instance during the current Mumbai Meeting 2021/22, no action has been initiated.
Verdandi
 At the start AIR POWER (S. Mosin, dr.7) jumped outwards and at the same time VERDANDI (Neeraj Rawal, dr.9) jumped inwards due to which ANGELS TRUMPET (N. B. Kuldeep, dr.8) drawn in between was tightened and inconvenienced. Jockey Neeraj Rawal (VERDANDI) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. After the race, Jockey Neeraj Rawal stated that his mount was luggingin in the straight and the whip was used as a corrective measures and the same was borne out from the race video as such no action has been initiated against Jockey. However, Trainer Nirad Karanjawala has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Abishola
 At the start ABISHOLA (App. A. Prakash, dr.12) jumped out throwing its head. Soon after the start, ABISHOLA (A. Prakash) was keen and overreached the hinds of FAIRMONT (S. Zervan).
Angels Trumpet
 At the start AIR POWER (S. Mosin, dr.7) jumped outwards and at the same time VERDANDI (Neeraj Rawal, dr.9) jumped inwards due to which ANGELS TRUMPET (N. B. Kuldeep, dr.8) drawn in between was tightened and inconvenienced.
Mascara

 CAPRIFLA (C. S. Jodha, dr.13) refused to stall despite substantial efforts as such the gelding was withdrawn before coming under starter’s order. In view of the above Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

After questioning and not being satisfied by the explanation, App. P. Shinde licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on Sunday, 3rd April 2022 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Dreams
 After the race, DREAMS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Beemer
 Soon after the start, PERIWINKLE (App. A. Prakash) jumped inwards and went across BEEMER (App. P. S. Kaviraj) who was marginally slow to begin and thereafter made contact with ON VA DANSER (Neeraj Rawal). As such, App. A. Prakash has been fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in before the Red Marker.
On Va Danser
 Soon after the start, PERIWINKLE (App. A. Prakash) jumped inwards and went across BEEMER (App. P. S. Kaviraj) who was marginally slow to begin and thereafter made contact with ON VA DANSER (Neeraj Rawal). As such, App. A. Prakash has been fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in before the Red Marker.
Power Of Infinity
 JETFIRE (D. S. Daman, dr.10) jumped inwards onto POWER OF INFINITY (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.9) who was marginally slow to begin. After the race, Jockey Akshay Gaikwad reported that his mount POWER OF INFINITY lugged out in the straight despite his efforts. Trainer Sangramsinh N. Joshi has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Northern Singer
 NORTHERN SINGER (App. A. K. Aniket) jumped out slowly losing about 3 lengths at the start. In view of above, Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the mare to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. After the race, App. A. K. Aniket had informed that the surcingle used on his mount NORTHERN SINGER had broken in the race. On questioning, App. A. K. Aniket stated that the surcingle used on his mount was the stable equipment and not his. In view of the same, it was pointed out to Trainer Narendra Lagad that the Jockey is required to weigh out once again if any changes were made to the saddlery. As such he has been fined Rs. 1,000/ for the lapse on his part.
Magic In The Wind
 Passing the 200 Metres, PERIWINKLE (App. A. Prakash) shifted out and brushes the haunches of MAGIC IN THE WIND (N. S. Parmar). App A Prakash has been cautioned.
Periwinkle
 Soon after the start, PERIWINKLE (App. A. Prakash) jumped inwards and went across BEEMER (App. P. S. Kaviraj) who was marginally slow to begin and thereafter made contact with ON VA DANSER (Neeraj Rawal). As such, App. A. Prakash has been fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in before the Red Marker. Passing the 200 Metres, PERIWINKLE (App. A. Prakash) shifted out and brushes the haunches of MAGIC IN THE WIND (N. S. Parmar). App A Prakash has been cautioned.
Dowsabel
 Passing the 350 metres, ENLIGHTENED (App. P. Shinde) went across under urgings due to which DOWSABEL (App. A. S. Peter) had to be checked and drop back. After questioning and not being satisfied by the explanation, App. P. Shinde licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on Sunday, 3rd April 2022 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Honourable Eyes
 After the race, Jockey M. Ayyar rider of HONOURABLE EYES reported the loss of whip near 450 metres. This being his first instance during the current Mumbai Meeting 2021/22, no action has been initiated.
