 Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (MIRACLE MARY) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his instructions were to position his mount close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge has been running all his races in similar fashion, as such took permission and opted to remove the equipment run in this race, but the filly had not shown any improvement. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied the filly because of the previous run, was noted for future reference

 BOLD BEAUTY (Kuldeep N B) was observed to have sustained clipped injury over right hind distal. However the filly was trotting sound after the race.

 Jockey Santosh Raj N R (SPLENDOUR ON GRASS) was fined Rs. 2000/ for shifting in soon after the start in the process causing inconvenience to MAVERICK (Kuldeep Singh (Sr)). Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (MAVERICK) in the presence of Trainer D Netto that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D. Netto while confirming the above added that his charge has gone up in the handicap and was running for the first time in this Category with a tougher bunch as compare to the previous runs, other than this, he had no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges poor performance, was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer D. Netto was fined a sum of Rs.2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting his charge in a race. MAVERICK (Kuldeep Singh (Sr)) placed 7th in the race is sampled.

 Explanation of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar (DELHI HEIGHTS) with regard to the poor performance of his charge DELHI HEIGHTS (G. Naresh) that his charge is running with tougher bunch in this race and also gone up in the handicap as compare to the previous run and further opined that his charge ran to her potential was noted for future reference.
Beldona
 App. Abhay Singh (BELDONA) was cautioned for shifting out while negotiating the final bend for no apparent reason.
Top In Class
 Consequent to Jockey Mohit Singh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey N B Kuldeep to be substituted on TOP IN CLASS. Explanation Jockey N B Kuldeep (TOP IN CLASS) that as his mount brushed the front gate, he lost his left stirrup iron soon after the start which he could regain after travelling few strides as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage in the process drifted out, noted. The Jockey was however cautioned to be more careful in future.
First Class
 Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was fined Rs.2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in saddling of his mount FIRST CLASS (Surya Prakash) whose saddle slipped during the running of the race.

Prasad Raju with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge PRECIOUS GIFT (App. Ajay Kumar) winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous run that his charge in the previous run took an awkward jump because of which lost considerable ground at the start and also met a superior bunch as compare to the present race where his charge met a weaker set and also 3 ½ kgs allowance Jockey in the saddle had been to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs.5000/ for inconsistent running of his charge. An enquiry has been opened in to interference caused by App. Ekram Alam (AMBITIOUS STAR) soon after the start, in that he had shifted in soon after the start in the process caused severe interference to HARD TO TOSS (A. Imran Khan),GOLDEN FORZA (App. Kuldeep Singh) and PRECIOUS GIFT (app. Ajay Kumar) racing on his inside.
Urgent
 URGENT (Santosh Raj N R) jumped out awkwardly on to SAINT EMILLION (App. Shivansh) and thereafter URGENT trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race. Race No.7: URGENT took an awkward jump in the process losing about 1 or 2 lengths. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to show his charge in a Mock race before next accepting in a race.
