 Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (CIANA) reported that the filly was under pressure from about the 700 metres and passing the 150 metres she suddenly seemed to lose her hind action, as such he eased her up. On veterinary examination the filly was found to be stiff from both hind. Tr. Shyam S Habbu was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 BORN TO BE SPOILT was slow to begin. Jockey P S Chouhan (BORN TO BE SPOILT) reported that his mount hung in and brushed the rails passing the 400 metres, in the process he lost his whip.

 Jockey P Tejeshwar, the rider of GANADORA, was fined a sum of Rs.2,500/ for tightening MISO, TAMAR and SUN GOD passing the 1200 Metres. App Koshi Kumar was reprimanded for shifting in at the 1100 metres causing TAMAR to be checked by its rider.
Yawar
 Jockey Shrikant Kamble, the rider of YAWAR, was fined a sum of Rs. 5000/ for excessive use of the whip (2nd infringement).
Miso
 Jockey P Tejeshwar, the rider of GANADORA, was fined a sum of Rs.2,500/ for tightening MISO, TAMAR and SUN GOD passing the 1200 Metres. Jockey Sujit Kr. Paswan (REAGAN) reported loss of whip passing the distance post. The Veterinary Officer reported that MISO returned with a cut injury on its left hind.
Ticker
 TICKER, CAIRO and REAGAN were slow to begin. Jockey Abhishek Habbu, the rider of TICKER, was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in passing the distance post and thereafter for allowing it to shift out in the concluding stages of the race.
Sun God
 Jockey P Tejeshwar, the rider of GANADORA, was fined a sum of Rs.2,500/ for tightening MISO, TAMAR and SUN GOD passing the 1200 Metres.
Axis
 Jockey Nikhil Naidu (AXIS) reported that his mount was not striding out fluently and as such he eased her up passing the 300 metres, was noted. The gelding was observed to be trotting sound after the race.
Cairo
 TICKER, CAIRO and REAGAN were slow to begin.
Reagan
 TICKER, CAIRO and REAGAN were slow to begin. Jockey Sujit Kr. Paswan (REAGAN) reported loss of whip passing the distance post. The Veterinary Officer reported that MISO returned with a cut injury on its left hind.
Devine Chakra
 DEVINE CHAKRA was examined by the Veterinary Officer at the starting gates and found to be lame on left hind. Under the circumstances to horse was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Javed Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 Jockey Vinay Jaiswal, the rider of CLEVER HANS reported loss of whip passing the 250 metres.
Star Justice
 Jockey Shrikant Kamble (STAR JUSTICE) was severely reprimanded for not making any effort to improve his position till well into the straight. He was further advised that like repetition would entail him to severe disciplinary action.
Sir Baffert
 Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar and Jockey P S Chouhan when questioned regarding the running of SIR BAFFERT, Jockey P S Chouhan stated that he was instructed to ride his mount from the front and to do his best in the straight. He further stated that his mount was slow to begin and thereafter he rode to instructions but his mount tired out in the concluding stages of the race. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar corroborated the instructions and the explanations of Jockey P S Chouhan. Their explanations were noted.
All Time Legend
 Jockey Sujit Kr Paswan, the rider of ALL TIME LEGEND, was severely reprimanded for suddenly switching his mount out passing the distance post and thereafter for allowing it to drift in during the concluding stages of the race.
Tropical Lady
 TROPICAL LADY was slow to begin.
Generosity
 GENEROSITY was examined by the Veterinary Officer at the request of the trainer on the evening of 7th February, 2024 and found to be suffering from fever, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.

 KALAHARI GOLD and MULTISTARRER were difficult to load. NAUTICA was slow to begin.
Prince Abir
 PRINCE ABIR (R Manish) jumped out awkwardly, repeatedly threw its head around and was slow into its stride. Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial. Jockey R Manish, the rider of PRINCE ABIR, reported that the saddle used on his mount slipped during the running of the race. However, the saddle slip was not observed by the Trainer and the Stipendiary Steward. As such, Jockey R Manish was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for giving misleading statement.
Multistarrer
 KALAHARI GOLD and MULTISTARRER were difficult to load. NAUTICA was slow to begin.
Nautica
 KALAHARI GOLD and MULTISTARRER were difficult to load. NAUTICA was slow to begin.
Avancia
 The Veterinary Officer reported that AVANCIA returned with left knee injury and lame on its left fore. Tr. Adhirajsingh Jodha was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Opus One
 Tr. Adhirajsingh Jodha was reprimanded for the late arrival of his charge OPUS ONE to the start which delayed the proceedings of the race. The trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future.

 An objection was lodged by Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of TREVALIUS placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of THIRD AVENUE placed 1st on the grounds of “at about the 300 metres the winner came on to me and tightened me whereby I had to stop my riding, my mount lost its rhythm which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys P S Chouhan and Yash Narredu, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward, decided to overrule the objection and let the Judge’s placings to remain unaltered. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of THIRD AVENUE, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for easing up his mount during the last 100 metres of the race. THIRD AVENUE (Yash Narredu) was hanging in from about the 300 metres of the race inconveniencing TREVALIUS. Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for failing to take appropriate remedial measures in spite of repeatedly being advised to do so after the previous runs of her charge.
Pissarro
 For failing to declare weights in respect of their charges PISSARRO, EUPHORIC and TREVALIUS, Trs. S S Attaollahi, Adhirajsingh Jodha and James Mckeown were fined a sum of Rs. 500/ each.
Euphoric
 For failing to declare weights in respect of their charges PISSARRO, EUPHORIC and TREVALIUS, Trs. S S Attaollahi, Adhirajsingh Jodha and James Mckeown were fined a sum of Rs. 500/ each. EUPHORIC was difficult to load. ch h EUPHORIC was observed to drop out of race from about the 400 metres. The horse was found to have EIPH Grade III in the post race endoscopy. Tr. Adhirajsingh Jodha was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 RAMIEL was fractious in its stall, reared up and had its fore stuck on the side bars of the gates. The gelding was taken out, examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Bharath Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 TEAM PLAYER threw its head around after jump out. Jockey R Manish was advised to give his mounts enough rein in future failing which he will be dealt with appropriately.

 Jockey N S Parmar (WHISTLE BLOWER) reported that the saddle used on his mount shifted forward passing the 1400 metres and he tried to ease up his mount thereafter. Tr. Shafiq Khan was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for faulty saddling.
