| | Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (JUST INCREDIBLE) that his instructions were to sit 4th/5th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer S Sreekanth while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer with regards to his charges poor performance was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer S. Sreekanth was fined Rs.2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in present of his charge for a race. Trainer was further informed that any reversal of form, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit. |

Satheesh that his instructions were to go front which he tried to follow but as his mount was keen he could not settle his mount in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best . The Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge always relishes when goes to front as such he instructed to go to front and opined that the Jockey could not settle his charge in front in the process took long lead was noted for future reference. The Jockey was however, cautioned to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions. |
