 App. Shivansh (CARAXES) was severely cautioned for shifting out at about the 1200 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to DAPPER LOOK (Akshay Kumar). Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (DAPPER LOOK) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.

The Thunder
 Explanation of Trainer B. Mukesh Kumar with regard to the improved performance of his charge THE THUNDER (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race who finished 6th in the previous race that the mare ran on the 2nd day of Hyderabad Monsoon Races and thereafter he has given his charge a long gap of about 1 month and ran in this race. The Trainer added that long gap and a better Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges improved performance. The Trainer further added that he did not fancy but gave her a chance, was noted. The Trainer was however, advised to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future. THE THUNDER (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
Dyanoosh
 Explanation of App. Kuldeep Singh (DYANOOSH) that his mount jumped out slowly and thereafter took time gallop was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs.3,000/ for tender handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race.
Winning Attitude
 Jockey Afroz Khan (WINNING ATTITUDE) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
Bangor On Dee
 BANGOR ON DEE ( App. Shivansh) reared up inside the stalls and dislodged Jockey, as such the rig was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (MISS MAYA) in the presence of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not shown any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above, added that his charge might not have liked the present underfoot conditions as such the dismal performance was noted for future reference. The Jockey was however, cautioned for dropping his hands before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.
