 SEE MY ATTITUDE (Surya Prakash) and SHIVALIK MODEL ( Rafique Sk) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course distance behind. Respective Trainers M F Ali Khan and Jasbir Singh were advised for a better performance in future.

 Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (SHIVALIK MODEL) that due to slow initial pace, he accidentally clipped the heel of FAIZAH (Mukesh Kumar) at about the 900 mtrs was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to exercise more control over his mounts in future. FAIZAH (Mukesh Kumar) was observed to have sustained cut injury over right hind inside pastern. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

 Explanation of App. Kuldeep Singh (GREAT GIVER) that his instructions were to go to front but due to fast initial pace, he was unable to do so and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer L V R Deshmukh and was noted for future reference.
Catchme If You Can
 MIX THE MAGIC (App. Sonu Kumar) and CATCHME IF YOU CAN (B. Nikhil) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised for a better performance in future. CATCHME IF YOU CAN (B. Nikhil) was observed to have sustained cut injury over right hind inside cannon. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.

 App. Sonu Kumar (DONTBLOCKMYWAY) was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out soon after the start in the process forcing out the runners drawn on his outside.

 Trainer Jasbir Singh was severely cautioned to ensure that his charge HOPING STAR (Akshay Kumar) race more consistently (finished 2nd in this race as compare to the previous run, where horse ran off board) in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

 Explanation of Trainer R H Sequeira with regard to the dismal performance of his charge ILENE ( Santosh Raj N R) finished off board in the present race, as compared to the previous run where she placed 2nd that his charge in all the previous runs, ran in a lower category with weak set as compare to the present race. The Trainer added that his charge’s running was hampered at the start and thereafter tried to run out until entering into straight. The Trainer further added that his charge has run to the potential was noted for future reference.
Politics
 POLITICS (G. Naresh) stumbled at about the 900 mtrs for no apparent reason.

Analysis
 Explanation of Jockey G. Naresh (ANALYSIS) that his mount was drifting out in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to exercise more caution in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Laxman Singh was fined Rs.2000/ for failing to take proper care in presenting of his charge for a race.

 Consequent to App.Ajay Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted App. Kuldeep Singh to be substituted on LIVE LEGEND. Jockey Nakhat Singh (LADY JANE) was fined Rs. 2000/ for shifting in soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in, interference to LIVE LEGEND ( App. Kuldeep Singh), KNOTTY SENORITA (Deepak Singh) clipped the heels of LIVE LEGEND (App. Kuldeep Singh) racing in front and stumbled at about the 250 mtrs. App. Kuldeep Singh (LIVE LEGEND) reported that his mount ran erratic throughout the race. Trainer Laxman Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

 Explanation of Trainer A Vatsalya with regard to the improved performance of his charge FEDERER (P. Ajeeth Kumar) winner of this race, who finished 5th in the previous race that his charge was always consistent in all the runs except in Race No. 129 which being a 9 furlong race, the extra 400 mtrs to travel had been to his charge’s disadvantage as compare to the present race where the Jockey was able to go to front and set his own pace and went on to win the race was noted for future reference. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future. FEDERER ( P. Ajeeth Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

 WINDSOR (Surya Prakash) reared up and took a fly jump as the start was effected in the process losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

 TRUE ICON was observed to be trotting lame o right fore due to swelling of fetlock joint. As such the horse was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
