 GOLDIVA (Neeraj Rawal, dr.2) jumped out slowly losing about 4 lengths at the start. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. After the race, Jockey Neeraj Rawal (GOLDIVA) reported that his mount luggedin in the straight. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, GOLDIVA was trotted and found to be sound.
Lord Murphy
 After the race, App. N. Bhosale (LORD MURPHY) reported that passing the 150 metres his reins slipped momentarily which he regained immediately. App. N. Bhosale has been asked to be more careful in the future.

 WILLY WONKAA (K. Nazil) was observed to have trailed the field. Trainer S. Waheed has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future.
Bugatti
 An objection was lodged by Jockey Neeraj Rawal (GIANT KING) placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey P. Trevor (BUGATTI) placed 1st by the Judge, reason being passing the 300 metres the winner started coming onto him and thereafter approaching the 200 metres he came and took his ground due to which he had to check his mount, break his momentum and come on the outside. The Stewards having watched the race in conjunction with the Stipendiary Stewards and acting on their own observations of the race decided to overrule the objection and the placings remained unaltered as declared by the Judge. After the race, Jockey P. Trevor (BUGATTI) reported that his mount was running green and was inclined inwards in the straight, despite his efforts. Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, BUGATTI was trotted and found to be sound.
Mastery
 MASTERY (Shrikant Kamble, dr.4) jumped out slowly losing about a length at the start.
Giant King

After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey Amyn Merchant has been fined Rs.3,000/.

 Passing the 1200 metres, REGENCY SMILE (Amyn Merchant) shifted in thereby tightening and inconveniencing PRIDE’S ANGEL (Y. S. Srinath) forcing it inwards thereby inconveniencing IN CONTENTION (App. Haridas Gore) causing the latter to check and drop back. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey Amyn Merchant has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Emperor Roderic
 After the race, Jockey P. Trevor (EMPEROR RODERIC) reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race, despite his efforts. The Colt was subjected to veterinary examination, subsequently the Sr. V.O. reported that the colt was trotted and found to be sound. As such, Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Christofle
 After the race, CHRISTOFLE was trotted and found to be sound and was observed to have lost its right fore shoe and FLYING SCOTSMAN was observed to have lost its left hind shoe.
Flying Scotsman
 After the race, CHRISTOFLE was trotted and found to be sound and was observed to have lost its right fore shoe and FLYING SCOTSMAN was observed to have lost its left hind shoe.

 An enquiry has been initiated into the poor performance of DREAM ALLIANCE (Y. S. Srinath) and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, JULIUS, DREAM ALLIANCE & VINCENT VAN GOGH were trotted and found to be sound. At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, DREAM ALLIANCE was trotted at the Equine Hospital at 11.00 a.m. on 1st December 2023 and was found to be sound. Further, endoscopy was performed on the gelding and no abnormality was detected.
Brave Beauty
 BRAVE BEAUTY (K. Nazil, dr.2) jumped out slowly losing about a length at the start.
Vincent Van Gogh
 Jockey H. M. Akshay (VINCENT VAN GOGH) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his 1st offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2023/24, he has been fined Rs.3,000/. After the race, JULIUS, DREAM ALLIANCE & VINCENT VAN GOGH were trotted and found to be sound.

After the race, OPUS DEI was trotted and found to be sound and was observed to have abrasion on left hind fetlock, WALTER, LITTORIO & ANGELO were trotted and found to be sound and LITTORIO was observed to have lost its right hind shoe.

 After the race, OPUS DEI was trotted and found to be sound and was observed to have abrasion on left hind fetlock, WALTER, LITTORIO & ANGELO were trotted and found to be sound and LITTORIO was observed to have lost its right hind shoe.
Milli
 Approaching the 1200 metres, LITTORIO (P. Trevor) leaned outwards and made contact with MILLI (Vishal N. Bunde) who had to be steadied.
Remy Red
 REMY RED (Shrikant Kamble, dr.8) jumped out slowly losing about two lengths at the start.
Angelo
 On arrival at the starting point, ANGELO (C. Umesh) was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was certified fit to race. After the race, OPUS DEI was trotted and found to be sound and was observed to have abrasion on left hind fetlock, WALTER, LITTORIO & ANGELO were trotted and found to be sound and LITTORIO was observed to have lost its right hind shoe.
Littorio
 Approaching the 1200 metres, LITTORIO (P. Trevor) leaned outwards and made contact with MILLI (Vishal N. Bunde) who had to be steadied. After the race, Jockey P. Trevor (LITTORIO) reported that his mount was running erratic throughout the race. After the race, OPUS DEI was trotted and found to be sound and was observed to have abrasion on left hind fetlock, WALTER, LITTORIO & ANGELO were trotted and found to be sound and LITTORIO was observed to have lost its right hind shoe.

 The Sr. V.O. reported that NOBILITY was declared to run with Aluminium Both Fore Bonded Shoes & Right Fore Inner Wedge Heel but ran with Aluminium Right Fore Inner Wedge Heel. Trainer M. K. Jadhav has been fined Rs.1,000/ for the lapse. After the race, NOBILITY was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. at the stables and was found to be sore by right fore, the filly has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Champagne Smile
 Approaching the 800 metres, CHAMPAGNE SMILE (App. N. Bhosale) leaned inwards and went across LADI DI (App. P. Shinde) causing the latter to be steadied thereafter he further shifted in thereby inconveniencing MUFAZA (N. S. Parmar) along the rails. App. N. Bhosale has been cautioned.
Lady Di
 After the race, LADY DI was trotted and found to be sound, MIRAE was observed to have a gum injury and MUFAZA was observed to have an injury in the left nostril.
Mirae
 After the race, LADY DI was trotted and found to be sound, MIRAE was observed to have a gum injury and MUFAZA was observed to have an injury in the left nostril.
Arbitrage
 It was observed that ARBITRAGE (App. Haridas Gore) was held up for room in the final stages of the race.
Mufaza
 Approaching the 800 metres, CHAMPAGNE SMILE (App. N. Bhosale) leaned inwards and went across LADI DI (App. P. Shinde) causing the latter to be steadied thereafter he further shifted in thereby inconveniencing MUFAZA (N. S. Parmar) along the rails. App. N. Bhosale has been cautioned. After the race, LADY DI was trotted and found to be sound, MIRAE was observed to have a gum injury and MUFAZA was observed to have an injury in the left nostril.
Golden Rule
 At the request of Trainer S. S. Shah, GOLDEN RULE was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. in the stable area at 09.45 a.m. on 30th November 2023 and was found to have swelling on left hind fetlock and was found to be sore by left hind, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

 After the race, WARRIOR PRINCE was trotted and found to be sound.
Madras Cheque
 Soon after the start, KING’S RETREAT (P. Trevor) shied outwards and made contact with MADRAS CHEQUE (H. M. Akshay). After the race, Jockey H. M. Akshay (MADRAS CHEQUE) reported loss of whip approaching the 300 metres. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2023/24, no action has been initiated.
Etoile
 After the race, on being weighed in, Jockey P. Shinde (ETOILE) exceeded his declared weight by 1.5 kgs. i.e. he had weighed out at 48.5 Kgs. and weighed in at 50 kgs. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey P. Shinde has been fined Rs.5,000/ and has been severely warned for the future. P. Shinde (ETOILE) – fined Rs.5,000/
Sunburst
 At the request of Trainer P. Shroff, SUNBURST was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. in the stable area at 12.45 p.m. on 25th November 2023 and was found to be sore by left fore and was found to have swelling on left fore fetlock, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. SUNBURST – to be passed fit by Club’s V.O.
