| 2nd till 800, then 3rd till turn, hampered the the lugging’in Indian Touch, shrugged her off and got the measure Dynamo at 100, outsmarted by stablemate FalconIncidents: Jockey D.K.Ashish (BOMBARDIER) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being the third offence with regard to the use of the Whip, the matter was reported to the Stewards. The Stewards interviewed Jockey D.K.Ashish and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by him, decided to suspend his Jockey’s license w.e.f. 12/10/2013 to 13/10/2013 (both days inclusive) (permitted to ride work/mock race) Further, Jockey D.K.Ashish has been fined Rs.3,000/ for using his whip in an Improper manner, wherein he had used the whip on the shoulder of his mount in a forehand position. |
